Team Swift Tour of California Updates:

*Remember to wear your Team Swift T-shirt or Team Polo Shirt. If you don’t have one they will be available at the race.

*Kid’s Race Volunteers need to have signed releases to give to Dane Grant (Ryan’s Dad) and wear a Team Swift Jersey or jacket/vest over their T-Shirt.

*At 9AM we will begin assembly of our tent. Meet at the women’s registration location (details below).

*I don’t think you will be able to do much riding that day so it might be better not to bring your bike to the town center.

*Wear comfortable shoes, bring a camera and get ready for lots of fun.

See you Monday!

Snelling Road Race

The Snelling Road Race is Feb. 23. Since it's about 25 miles east of Merced, and the Junior 13-14 and 15-16 races start at 8:20 (17-18 isn't until 12:30), going up the night before is often recommended. Joey Nygaard and his mom will be staying at the Vagabond Inn Merced. Anyone else going up the night before?

Tour of California Prologue--Any Swifties Going?

The Tour of California starts Feb. 17 with a prologue in Palo Alto at 1 pm. There's also a crit in Santa Rosa that day, but the junior races are early enough that people could probably do both if they want. Josef is. Anyone else? Who wants to meet up at the prologue?

Cherry Pie

Racing starts in Northern California for real this Sunday with the Cherry Pie Criterium in Napa, the first race in the Junior Points Series. Team Swift will have a good group there, hoping to win a pie or two. See you in Napa.
